Founded in 1999 Durafloor Werner produces with at about 250 well trained employees parquet floors of bamboo and oak wood with a strong focus on the european market. With more than 15 years experience they are one of pioneers in promoting bamboo parquets. Head quarter, sales and logistics are based in Elbchaussee, Hamburg.

Task Setting

At the time of its market entry, Durafloor’s main product, floor covers made of Chinese bamboo, was widely unknown in Germany. Against this background, a particular focus had to be added to the usual key aspects (customer data including completed projects) in the course of developing a customer relationship management (CRM) software: support and follow-ups of marketing activities (sample mailing, trainings for parquet recliners).

Solution

We have developed an integrated software tailor-made to Durafloor’s needs and processes. The software integrates all important features on one single form page granting access to any customer data by fuzzy search, including contact, project, and marketing information.
